How can I check the status of my order?
Log into My Account and you will see a list of your recent orders. Click the View Order link to view the details of an order. If an item on your order has shipped from our warehouse you will see a Shipments tab. Click this link to view the shipment(s) associated with your order along with any relevant tracking information.

Please note that we sell select items that ship directly from our retail partners and we are unable to provide shipment and tracking details in your My Account for those items.

Please note that we are currently unable to ship items to Russia due to restrictions on dutiable shipments sent to private individuals.

What is your return and/or exchange policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we're happy to offer Friction-Free Returns. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a physical product, you may return it for a full refund, credit or exchange of the product purchase price at any time. It's that simple! No hoops to jump through and no strings attached!

Digital products, downloads, course offerings, and video purchases are not covered under the Friction-Free Return Policy. However, if the product is defective or you are not satisfied with quality of the item purchased, please do contact us.

What should I do if I have purchased a magazine from a bookstore or other retailer and am not satisfied?
Returns directly to the publisher can only be accepted if the product was purchased directly from the publisher. Any other return should be made directly with the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
